10 Things You Don't Know About Me - Part 1


I've been a little reflective today - I think it's an "approaching 50" thing -  and the more I think about the last 49 years, the more I realise I'm quite an eclectic soul.  I've had so many amazing experiences in my life and yet there aren't any real themes.  So here's a slightly random view of who I am, and what makes me me....loves, hates, pet peeves and experiences.  Here's the first 5 of 10 - part 2 to follow shortly.

If Memories Were Money, Would You Be Rich?

I read an article recently with this title, sorry but I don't recall where, and it got me to thinking about how rich your memories can make you.  My glass is definitely more than half full when I think of all the happy times in my life, they far outweigh the sadness, pain and lonely times.

New Year Reflections


So as the calendar rolls over to another new year it's my annual time for reflection. Some of our family and friends have had many bumps in the 2015 road but have battled through and are more than ready to say goodbye to 2015 and head onto Highway 2016. Others have found the year to be a healing one, or a prosperous one.
