Happy Monday everyone, where did that weekend go? We didn't do much of anything this weekend; as Summer Holidays are fast approaching we made the most of a quiet weekend which even included a Jammy Day!
This week we have quite an ordinary week around here. Work, School, Activities - so the menu plan includes a few family favourites.
Monday - Firecracker Chicken for the grown ups, Chicken Fingers for C, Rice and Salad
Tuesday - Pork Strognaoff, Mash, Veg
Wednesday - Brinner - Breakfast for Dinner
Thursday - Toad in the Hole, Steamed Greens
Friday - Cajun Haddock, New Potatoes, Salad
Saturday - Honey Bacon Pork Tenderloin, Mash, Veg
Sunday -Roast Chicken Dinner
No planned sweets and treats this week as we have a few things in the freezer to use up.
